Enjoyed Jakarta, the hotel was truly exceptional very close to the business area. The room was comfy, and we had a panoramic view of city. We didn't have time, though the vegetarian breakfast looked delicious! The strategic and ideal location was not very far from Itc Kuningan.

The pool was good, marvellous breakfasts with Japanese food and freshly made fruit juices, as example.

The rooms offered are beautifully maintained and airy with King size bed and a very nice view, for instance. There is a delicious and rich breakfast for a start.

We got a room with a bath. Location: the hotel was right by the elegant and comfortable restaurant, and a vibrant Jakarta. We stayed for 1 night here, loved South Jakarta district.

Wonderful hip new place with good and unbeatable location just off the beautiful garden as well as both Central and South Jakarta.

Fantastic personalized service

During our recent stay at Raffles Jakarta, we were blown away by the personalized service we received. The handwritten note left in our room was a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly valued as guests. It's this kind of attention to detail that sets Raffles apart. I highly recommend this hotel.

The pool was good, amazing breakfasts with Japanese food and bunch. The stuff where very welcoming and kept the place clean.

The pool area was fantastic, with a beautiful garden and walking path. The spa treatments were also excellent, with a steam room and relaxation area. the attached shopping center was very convenient.

The restaurant service was poor and slow. The staff seemed disorganized, and our orders were often incorrect.

everything was well-maintained during 2 days, truly enjoyed its marvellous and gorgeous location not far from the lotte shopping avenue, jakarta indonesia, and a huge garden. my room was clean and complete with free mini bar and view of garden, as for instance. the reasonably good and marvellous breakfast had variety of meals and the food i tasted was delicious.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. the attention to detail was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs, ensuring a speedy check-in process and providing us with all the information we needed. Secondly, the spacious rooms with their private bed area and well-designed bathrooms were a delight. Everything was spotlessly clean and all the amenities we could possibly need were provided. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was an absolute treat. With a wide variety of delicious options for all three meals, we were spoiled for choice.

All was absolutely fantastic.

Located in central Jakarta, this hotel is in close proximity to Arts Cafe, an impressive restaurant with great ambiance. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities is remarkable, and the breakfast is incredibly delicious. Additionally, the staff are friendly and always willing to assist. To top it off, this hotel offers easy access to the upmarket LOTTE shopping mall for a great shopping experience.

Nothing bad to say.

During our stay at this amazing hotel, we found ourselves very close to a popular mall, which made shopping extremely convenient. The room was quite spacious and had a wonderful view of the surrounding area. The bathroom was designed in such a way that we felt relaxed and refreshed every time we used it. The service was very friendly and helpful, and we loved the scrumptious breakfast that was offered. The leisure facilities and other amenities were quite useful too, and we made use of them frequently.

That the butler service was not readily available. Despite that, the staff were always willing to help us out whenever we asked for their assistance.

Great complimentary services and superb location. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which was amazing. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city, which made everything so much easier. the hotel had an amazing rooftop bar with a great view.

Poor security system. Someone used our room number to access the facilities twice during our stay, which resulted in us being charged for things we didn't use.
